Order Cancellation & Return Rights

You may request a return or cancellation within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please email info@gymszy.com.
Refunds are issued using your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, Goods must:

  • Be purchased within the last 7 days

  • Be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Products unsealed after delivery for hygiene or safety reasons

  • Items that can deteriorate quickly

  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We may decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Sale & Promotional Items

Sale or promotional items are non-refundable,
unless required by UAE consumer protection law or if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returning Goods

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • You are responsible for the condition of the item during return shipping

We will notify you once the returned item has been inspected and your refund processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • damaged,

  • defective, or

  • not what you ordered,

please notify us within 48 hours.

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or service support at no additional cost to you.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and delivered directly to you,
the return may be refunded as gift credit.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
