Free delivery across the UAE

We offer free standard delivery on every order, to all seven emirates, with no minimum order value.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after processing. Delivery times may be longer during public holidays or peak periods.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us at info@gymszy.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Failed or rescheduled delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed, our courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
