1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it is processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and ready for dispatch.
2. Delivery Timeframes (UAE)
Delivery timelines vary based on the product and the location of customer.
Typical delivery windows:

Large Machines / Heavy Equipment: 7–14 business days

We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, but timelines may vary due to product availability, courier capacity, or regional factors.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

5. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to reach you:

They will attempt delivery again

You may be contacted via phone or SMS

Failure to receive the order after repeated attempts may result in rescheduling fees
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide order details and photos/videos of the issues.

7. Large Equipment Delivery & Installation
Some products may require:

Access checks (doorway width, stairs, elevators)
Where installation is available, it will be mentioned on the product page.
For regions outside Dubai or Abu Dhabi, remote installation support or a recommended technician may be provided.
8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Details
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
We are not responsible for:

Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

Additional costs incurred for reshipping
If you need to update an address, contact us immediately.
